What can we do not to become a weirdo (no guarantee) in those crazy times ? !

What is really going on ? Can we even pretend to know it ? Not sure…

Can we assume that financial power is overtaking the political institutions? I assume, it is totally correct and that anyone pretending the contrary is just having hard times fighting in between facts and talks veracity, in its own little head, as it is affecting his/hers ego… to say the truth, everything is pretty shocking.

Facts are facts – History is history – Experience should prevail on theory … What you see is real (until a certain point), what is told is always arranged regarding the interests of the story teller (or people behind the teller, not always but unfortunately most of the time). It can be small arrangements, big lies or omissions. Some are without impact but others hide a completely different reality and it is important to mention that there are many interests (capitalistic, geopolitical, economical) at stake right now.

In the rich men’s world, who is who?  What and where are the hidden messages ? Where are the clues that could allow us to touch a semblance of reality?

“Nevermind the bollocks”, as my brother and who knows who (I know, I know) love to say…

In those times of hardened “cognitive dissonance” where it is hard to understand where we come from and where we are heading to, a time in history that social interacting became almost a rebellion ! It is important to find a way to save our soul, our mind, our mental and body health but also to keep the remaining freedom which is vital for any human being connected to its inner self.

Basically, it is better to stop thinking (until a certain point).

Take a paper, write the final reality you decided to believe in, try to understand its consequences and how you could avoid them in your daily life and routine.

Believe in the hummingbird effect!

Every little acts could fix it all! If we all do a bit it can impact a lot our future !

Without global consent, nothing can happen … Everyday we can win small fights.

Hard to focus, hard to think, hard to act and sometimes hard to keep the focus on what really matters and what really could make a difference.

That is why writing them down, might help a lot.

VOTING WITH SHOPPING – What you buy matters

We all kind of got to the point that even if voting is still important, we really need to make an effort on what we buy, to who we give the money because this makes an impact, a real one, almost the only remaining one. Hard job? Might be, in the beginning! Worth it? How it could not! Not even need to list the benefits because once the financial global trap will be closed and that this invisible power will own almost everything… we won’t be able to escape to the dogma of (economical) growth.

What do we really need?

Food: It should (can) be obviously a pleasure but it is mainly a way to stay alive. It is proven that it is good to eat only when you are hungry and not 3 times a day. The point, is to stop consuming food but to feed your body and sometimes to give yourself a little treat.

Tips: Make a list of what you need first and try to commit to this list. Avoid processed food (they are full of products that your body and mind don’t need such as MSG), try to opt for organic fruits and vegetables. If you are lucky enough to be in the countryside or to have bit of budget, avoid to eat meat from supermarkets find a local producer or butcher. Same for the eggs, you want eggs from the ass of a hen that has been running and chuckling all around not tuck in hell in a jail. For cereal try to go organic… For bread, pasta, butter; you can do it yourself or see if locally you have some solutions offered to you.

Dangerous components in processed food: Palm Oil, Corn oil, Soybean oil are generally blasted with hydrogen and turned into a solid, it becomes a trans fat. Shortening or partially hydrogenated oil as an ingredient, since these are also evil trans fats. White Flour, Rice, Pasta, and Bread (vs Whole grain which is much better), High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS), Artificial Sweeteners such as Aspartame (NutraSweet, Equal), saccharin (Sweet’N Low, SugarTwin), and sucralose (Splenda), Preservatives such as Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Benzoate, Butylated Hydroxyanisole (BHA), Sodium Nitrates and Sodium Nitrites, the artificial colors blue 1 and 2, green 3, red 3, and yellow 6 and obviously the MSG….

Water: We need a minimum of 1,5 to 2,5L of water per day and remember you need minerals in it.

Tips: Test your tap water, hoping it is not too full of Chlorine bleach and others (if good, good if not..see what solutions you have nearby). To disinfect water you can use activated charcoal pieces, put your water in copper jars (maximum 24 hours) or filter (sand, charcoal…) fountain. Take extra minerals or put a few drops of Apple vinegar (with the mother) in your water. 

Beauty and body care: most of them are full of cancer! Stop them all… At the end we don’t need much: tooth paste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant and a cream? Girls, really avoid tampons at any price (moon cups or pads are much safer…)

Tips: For tooth paste opt for natural components and the more important, without fluorine (it destroys your Pineal gland, search by yourself).Soap, the most basic is the best, you could even make it by yourself. The shampoo, same something simple, natural. For conditioner, grand ma recipes are just the best (eggs, oils, glycerin, vegetable butters & perhaps a few drops of essential oils…). Deodorant, something natural too. Cream, back to grand ma recipes too, rose water, oils, vegetable glycerin – RECIPES & MORE TO COME SOON

Dangerous components in those products: Parabens, synthetic colors (mention of D&C or FD&C (e.g., D&C Red 27 or FD&C blue 1)), fragrance, Phthalates, Triclosan, Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) / Sodium laureth sulfate (SLES), Formaldehyde, Toluene, sunscreen chemicals such as benzophenone, PABA, avobenzone, homosalate and ethoxycinnmate. To name just a few…

House products: They are in your environment, your wear them, breath them deap in your lungs and through your skin.

Tips: Go back to basics: Baking soda, vinegar, essential oils, Marseille’s soap…

Dangerous components in those products: Chlorine bleach, Ammonia, Triclosan and Triclocarban, Ammonium quaternary compounds (“quats”) and are really dangerous for us.

Clothes: Really? Do we need as much of them? The new fashion is to recycle and reuse your old clothes…Most of industrial clothes are full of nano-silver  particles and other shit. Try to opt for responsible and clean fabrics and fabrication process.

Tips: Use your imagination and transform the old clothing you have if you want a change. Buy pieces that will last long and stop to consume for nothing.

To put in a nutshell: Avoid big brands, stop giving the sweat of the brow to the same, avoid industrial products, be aware about what you eat (yes, most of it is poison as hard it is to believe) go back to basics, Help small businesses, try to know who is the owner, support local producers, do it yourself hen and if you can, consume what you need and buy less.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY & MIND – Be as Wise, Strong & Healthy as you can

As said above what you wear, apply or swallow in/on your body can be very dangerous for you, your children and their descendants and so on, for human being itself actually…We need to understand what does our body needs and why, to make sure we will keep a good health as long as possible. Enjoy for sure but be knowledgeable that most of the products in the supermarkets are dangerous and simply not good for human consumption.

The mind, the mind is actually a very complex and interesting topic and even more in these times. Our mood affects our reality and right know the tone is set on fear and social withdrawal. Somehow it is not a bad thing but it is to hope that people will access to knowledge, self-discovery and improvement. In addition to voting through shopping, being in a good physical and mental health is another little resistance.

Yoga, Meditation, Martial Arts are great ways to escape and learn to find a peaceful space within yourself. On my side, it is 8 years say I need to start Yoga or meditation for good and I never did so…I even be fired from a 10 days awakening retreat… That was actually a good thing because I believe am not really asleep..that might be why my…Oops!

Tips: Every Solstices (ans why not equinox) take some plants to boost your immunity. More to come on this whole topic. Ah yeah, avoid TV…

SPEAK OUT INJUSTICE – Even if it means to loose a friend

It is important not to let any abusive behavior to set in your surroundings, can be at home, work, market, in the streets…Your actions or inaction, your worlds or silence create the society…We are responsible to make Freedom possible. Daily abuses dilute the essence of freedom and make it step by step a mirage.
